High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator Upgrade, Interior alterations to provide elevator upgrades to one (1) elevator at the existing 4-storey office building on this site for CSA-B44 upgrade. Scope of work: - Install new smoke detectors at elevator lobbies and shaft and machine room. Existing single stage FACP to be adapted to allow for elevator recall. - Install heat pumps for elevator machine room. - New exit signs for elevator recall levels proposed.
