Scope of work: replace the existing control unit (FACP) and the central alarm and control facility (lobby CACF) with a fully addressable control unit and CACF compatible with the new FACP; new CACF to be equipped with elevator controls (no elevator upgrade work proposed); replace the existing parking level annunciator with new annunciator; replace existing conventional field devices with new addressable field devices. Refer to the accepted electrical drawings - add smoke detectors in the existing exit stair shafts; add strobe lights in the existing washrooms. Install new transponders.
