Scope of work includes the removal of non-loadbearing partition walls on level 2 and level 3. OK for field review as per Jamie Zhang, Oct.23/17 Note: Separate building and occupancy permit(s) and ASHRAE compliance will be required for any future tenant improvements. Revision #1: Removal of convenient stairs connecting 2nd and 3rd floors, enclosure of interconnection on 2nd floor, install wall guard around enclosure on 3rd floor, raise floors to provide accessible ramps to be flush with existing elevator and with east exit stairs #2 on 3rd floor, and provide accessible ramps to be flush with floor to male washroom on 3rd floor.
